Saddle Dryer
With our Laboratory Saddle Dryer, a
printing company can determine the length
of time required for the ink to dry when a newspaper or
other publication is being printed.
To assist laboratories in their
quest to provide precisely formulated and controlled products,
we are offering two new models of our Laboratory Saddle
Dryer.
The Laboratory Saddle Dryer measures
the amount of time required for inks and coatings to dry
at different temperatures. Exact temperature settings
give exceptional accuracy for routine quality control
work and for extended R & D projects. Various types
of inks, vehicles, and coatings at different thicknesses
can be comparatively tested. The mode of heat transfer
allows faster operation and tighter control than was previously
possible with the blower/convection models.
Excellent reproducibility is achieved
through defined pressure of the substrate onto the heated
surface.
